Description
Shakshuka features poached eggs cooked in a spiced tomato and pepper sauce. Serve with crusty bread to soak up the rich flavors.

- 4 large eggs
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Add garlic, cumin, and paprika; cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Make wells in the sauce and crack eggs into each well.
- Cover and cook until eggs are set, about 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
