Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are the ultimate mini version of the iconic sandwich—loaded with thinly sliced beef, sautéed onions and peppers, and melted cheese, all on soft slider buns. Perfect for parties, game nights, or quick dinners, they’re easy to make and always a hit with a crowd.
Ingredients
1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
6–9 slider buns or dinner rolls
6–8 slices provolone or American cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Steak: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté steak slices until browned. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from pan.
Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers. Cook until soft and caramelized. Add mushrooms if using.
Assemble Sliders: Slice buns in half. Place bottoms on a baking tray. Layer with cooked steak, vegetables, and cheese. Place tops on.
Add Butter Topping: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over slider tops.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover with foil and bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
Serve: Slice and serve warm.
Notes
For vegetarian sliders, substitute steak with sautéed mushrooms or a plant-based meat option.
Use Hawaiian rolls for a slightly sweet touch.
You can prep and assemble the sliders ahead of time—just bake before serving.
Pair with fries, chips, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
